The Axtract Human Resource Management App is designed and developed for managing the complete employee lifecycle, employment records, and workforce administration.

Axtract Human Resource Management App simplifies core HR processes, including employment tracking, worker profiling, leave management, and asset tracking, for organizations using Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, and Dataverse. HR personnel can easily manage worker onboarding, employment details, and organizational positions directly from mobile devices or desktops. Automated workflows ensure data accuracy, prevent inconsistencies, and streamline administrative tasks from hiring to termination.

The system supports role-based access with three roles:

• Employee/Contributor: View personal employment details, submit leave requests (full-day or hourly), and track assigned loaned equipment.

• Manager: Approve or reject leave requests, manage employment records, and oversee related administrative tasks for their direct reports.

• HR Administrator: Define custom configurations (Jobs, positions), manage all worker records, enforce system policies, and oversee data integrity—all without coding, powered by the Microsoft Power Platform.
