Axtract Leave Management System simplifies leave management and time-off tracking for organizations using Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate and Dataverse. Employees can easily submit leave requests—whether full-day or hourly—directly from mobile devices or desktops. Managers receive real-time email notifications and can approve or reject requests with a single click.
The system supports role-based access with three roles:

Employee: Apply for all types of leave including paid leave, sick leave, casual leave, and comp off — with support for hourly requests.

Manager: Approve or reject leave requests and get automatic email alerts for new submissions.
