  1. Form for creating a new trip: Employees can easily submit a new business trip by filling in an intuitive form containing all the necessary information, such as the purpose of the trip, departure and return dates, and estimated costs.

  1. Acceptance or rejection of trips by the manager: The manager can review the delegations submitted and decide whether to accept or reject them. The manager's decision is communicated to the employee in real-time.

  1. Adding expenses: Once the trip has been approved, the employee can add costs related to the trip, either by entering them manually or by uploading photos or PDFs of invoices and receipts

  1. When AI files are uploaded, the data from the attached files is automatically read in and completed for the user, significantly saving time and minimizing the risk of errors.
