Australia data-residence (for Azure Australia South-East), a Multi-Tenant platform for Microsoft Sentinel, offers a single application to manage one or multiple instances on Microsoft Sentinel. SecQube distinguishes itself from the competition by providing Harvey, an AI-powered analyst who can guide clients through security alerts and monitor network issues. This unique feature proves invaluable in bridging the skills gap by providing staff training at every step of the resolution process. The SecQube portal is a white label platform hosted 100% as a serverless application in Azure Australia South-East. The portal boasts conversational AI (Microsoft OpenAI) to assist in analysing each incident and creating a knowledge base bespoke to each alert, accompanied by an assessment of the severity of each incident. The web application also provides a help desk with ticketing and change management, facilitating emailed tickets and replies, creating a bespoke ticket or utilising a single click to generate a Sentinel incident into a ticket.
Both Incidents and Devices have an Investigate tool, automatically creating KQL to query Sentinel, speeding up incident triaging. Signing up is easy; all connections utilise Azure Lighthouse. Then, add your Azure Subscription ID to the SecQube portal to complete the configuration. You will be up and running within minutes. Your data will remain on the Azure site you registered for.
