Retailer

1. Register and become validated as a customer
2. Provide payment details, via Stripe or Direct bank arrangement
3. Set up your members, and review their details (securely)
4. Set up offers, as you decide
5. Manage the offers such as a 'coffee counter', by scanning the consumer's digital card (QR code) using your Retailer App. this confirms a purchase or a redemption of 1 offer (or more)
6. The offer is issued automatically, based on the criteria you have set for your customers
7. Manage your program and review your reports.

Consumer

• Download and sign up to the retailer's loyalty scheme
• Collect 'stamps' as you buy more and more, and once you've achieved the retailer's target - you can collect your offers (or accumulate and collect)
• Request the retailer to scan your member card
• Check your App, to view your current position on your loyalty mission to see how close you are to having your offer presented
• Your offer is provided automatically once you have completed your journey - convert or accumulate and spend as you decide
• You can redeem your offer at the Retailer, on any of your next visits, simply show your code to the retailer, and they'll scan to redeem
• View how you're getting on with this retailer and what they have and offer you, for your loyalty.
