Desk reservation app allows authorized staff to remotely book their office spaces and desks, a fully automated and continuously updated solution which helps users organize their space and time needs, easily check availability, receive institution- wide updates regarding closure, emergencies & confirmations:

• User select a day from calendar to book a desk
• User can select a building where he will reserve a desk
• User can book only one desk per day
• When a desk is booked by a user, it won’t be available for other users
• User can view history of all his booked disks
