IADA - your Digital Workforce Manager

Uniquely, the platform comes with a pre-integrated digital workforce manager, IADA that supervises and orchestrates the workload of an organisation’s team of digital workers in order to maximise productivity of the digital workforce.  IADA retains knowledge about processes that have been automated and the business SLAs for each one.

In real time IADA then instructs the digital workers to execute these tasks orchestrating activity to keep the digital workers busy 24 hours a day across the full range of functions where they are needed.  With this AI driven approach the digital workers are fully responsive to real time changes in business volumes as IADA dynamically adjusts the execution to absorb peaks as needed.
