tuServ is a the key mobile system for your Police forces. The solution combines an innovative application, usable on both laptop and phone, with a service layer that provides seamless integration with key internal and external police systems.

tuServ provides the frontline officers with greater situational and operational awareness, meaning they have access to data about an incident before they even arrive at the scene. They can quickly evaluate how to approach the event based on greater insight to the circumstances. tuServ then allows officers both on the scene and remotely with one another, sharing all this gathered intelligence in real-time across multiple device types. Our application supports officers who may be in different locations to coordinate their activities by collating all incident information, digital evidence, and third-party system records in one place.

tuServ also allows total data reuse, so data is only gathered or retrieved once but reused in as many processes or forms as needed, while at the same time improving overall data quality by implementing data review in real time.

Our team designed and continue to develop tuServ in close partnership with our Police customers to ensure that it continues to enable officers to deliver frontline services in a rapidly changing environment.

tuServ integrates with multiple 3rd party policing systems, from Records Management Solutions (RMS) such as Athena and Niche, to PNC, Gazetteer, and Storm. One of the key benefits of tuServ is the quality of the integrations built into tuServ to the backend policing systems, preventing rekeying of data as many mobile solutions require.
