MTrans for Office

MTrans for Office is an automatic translation add-in that works with Mac desktop and Web browser versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

It offers translation features using a simple interface and high-quality, secure machine translation engines (DeepL, Google, Microsoft, OpenAI), as well as AI prompt features that enable the use of generative AI within Office.

Translation Features:

- Maintains translation consistency through the glossary function.

- Ability to translate simultaneously using multiple machine translation engines, enabling you to compare outputs from different engines during translation work.

- The generative AI engine (OpenAI) allows customization of translation instructions to produce specialized translations for specific fields and formats.

AI Prompt Features:

- Allows users to utilize generative AI using OpenAI's GPT models in an Office file and an Outlook draft.

- Allows users to give instructions or ask questions to the generative AI based on the content of the file.
