With CDA Exchange+, enable seamless exchange, ingestion, and transformation of CDA documents into FHIR, backed by enhanced validation and out‑of‑the‑box mappings between C‑CDA 2.1 ↔ FHIR R4 and ↔ US Core 5.0.1 for better reuse across systems.
