OPEX Maturity Assessment

The OPEX Maturity Assessment Dashboard is a Power BI Template App developed in collaboration with the International Lean Six Sigma Institute (ILSSI) and based on Prof. Sanjay Bhasin's operational excellence framework. This tool evaluates organizational maturity across eight key dimensions: Leadership, Strategy, Business Benefits, People, Culture, Performance, Process, and Customer Focus. Prof. Bhasin (University of Buckingham school of Business), an accredited Master Black Belt and senior operational excellence practitioner, created this assessment model to help organizations measure and improve their operational excellence journey through a structured, proven methodology. Operations managers, executives, and continuous improvement teams gain clear visibility into current maturity levels and improvement opportunities. By connecting to Microsoft Lists assessment data, the app transforms complex evaluations into intuitive visualizations, enabling data-driven decisions about operational excellence investments and measurable progress tracking over time.
