Available to users of the Paragryn software system, Paragryn's MS Word Addin attaches to your documents, allowing real-time manipulation of the field locations in that document. The Addin appears as a sidebar in MS Word attached to any of your documents that use Paragryn. You can see a form with all the fields in that document, and can also insert new fields into the document as needed.
