The App JaRo Carousel is a solution for cycling through images like a carousel.

Through the use of a pictures library (you should create all images of the same size)

the webpart Jaro Carousel cycling through elements like a carousel.

It is configurable both the slideshow time and the order in which to display the images.

The property title and description, if included, are shown in the image overlay
