Provision document library on the host web

This SharePoint Hosted App enables quick creation of document libraries on the host web including attachment of multiple content types. I found myself often in the situation that I needed to quickly create a few document libraries and attach a content type to them. using the regular SharePoint UI this is quite a nightmare, hence the idea for creating this App.
