Built on Microsoft Azure and powered by the VisionAI Suite, the solution reimagines the citizen journey from pre-arrival through case resolution, delivering seamless, secure, and efficient court experiences.

The platform addresses the critical operational challenges facing modern justice systems: overcrowded facilities, lengthy wait times, security vulnerabilities, and limited visibility into court operations. Virtual Courts replaces manual, paper-based processes with touchless digital workflows that serve citizens faster while giving court administrators unprecedented insight into facility performance.

At its core, Virtual Courts combines facial recognition technology with intelligent queue management to eliminate friction at every touchpoint. Citizens register via mobile app or self-service kiosks using ID document recognition and biometric enrolment. Upon arrival, thermal screening and facial recognition enable contactless check-in, automatically directing visitors to the appropriate service point based on their case requirements.

Throughout the facility, the Track and Trace module monitors movement patterns, recording interactions between citizens and staff while alerting security personnel to access breaches or policy violations in real time. The Command Centre consolidates data from across single or multiple court sites into Power BI dashboards, enabling predictive analytics for demand planning, resource allocation, and performance optimisation.
