Important Compatibility Notice:
This version (v1.8) of the TeleSign SMS solution no longer supports or integrates with Dynamics 365 Marketing. If your organization currently uses features such as Customer Journeys, Marketing Lists, subscription opt-ins/opt-outs, or keyword-based automation in the Marketing module, please note:

• All legacy Marketing-based configurations and capabilities will be permanently overwritten.
• There is no backward compatibility with older Marketing configurations.
• For organizations that still rely on these features, please refer to the “Legacy Instructions for Marketing Module Support” section in the documentation for historical guidance.

This release is intended for customers who are working exclusively with the Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service applications.
