Grant Management is a template app that provides partners with a flexible, easily extensible foundation for building grant management solutions for customers.

Grant Management brings together Microsoft Power Platform and the Common Data Model for Nonprofits to enable users to:

  • Create a complete picture of grantors, grantees, and award recipients with demographics, contact info, communication preferences, and relationship details.
  • Create, access, and manage requests for grants and awarded grants including types, amounts, recipient details, report schedules, and timeline.
  • Access and manage disbursements by type, amount, status, and schedule.
  • `Aggregate reports and manage activities to gain insight into and proactively manage stakeholders across the grant lifecycle.
