Ready Set Go - Contact Salutation

This solution includes:

• A new Language table where salutations for different genders and formalities can be defined;
• Additions to the Contact table:
• A 'Language' lookup column;
• A 'Formality' choice column with values 'Formal' and 'Informal';
• A 'Salutation' Formula column that generates based on the contact's language (custom), formality (custom) and gender (default);
• A 'Ready Set Go Contact Form' form which includes all necessary fields;
• A 'Ready Set Go Contact Salutation View' view which includes all necessary fields;
• A new security role 'Ready Set Go - Contact Salutation'. This allows users to read and append data from the Language table;
• A new model driven app 'Ready Set Go' to configure the languages;
• 15 example Language records with predefined salutations:
