AbsencePlanner simplifies the planning of vacations and other absences and always provides an up-to-date overview of the attendance and absences of the entire workforce and teams.

Features

Your employees can see when their team members are absent and enter their own vacation or compensatory time off on their preferred dates in the AbsencePlanner and thus apply for it.
When entering an absence in the AbsencePlanner, the type of absence must be selected (e.g. vacation, compensatory time off, sick leave, care leave, special agreement).
The management or team leaders can always see current entries and their status (requested or approved) and can approve or delete employees' registered absences or enter absences for employees.
In the overview of absences, you can filter for teams via a drop-down menu or for specific employees via a search field.
The entered and planned absences can be displayed as far into the past or into the future as desired using the date selection.
In addition to the respective absences, the AbsencePlanner also displays an overview of current vacation balances and planned vacations per person.

Connection to Microsoft Dynamics 365

AbsencePlanner can be easily installed as an extension to your existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications. The application accesses stored employee data and their vacation entitlements.

Entries in AbsencePlanner can also be synchronized as entries in, for example, time booking systems.
