How It Works

1. A user deactivates a record.

2. A DeactiTrack pop-up appears prompting for the deactivation reason.

3. Once submitted, DeactiTrack logs the event and (optionally) snapshots the record’s data.

4. Administrators can review entries within the DeactiTrack Admin App to analyze trends, confirm compliance, or restore lost context.
