Strumento di Amministrazione per la Bonifica dei Documenti

L'applicazione permette di gestire le "posizioni documento" mostrate nell'interfaccia di Microsoft Dynamics e sincronizzare le modifiche con le posizioni fisiche dei documenti presenti su Sharepoint

• Permette agli amministratori di sistema di individuare e correggere errori o incongruenze tra la sezione documenti di un account in CRM e la raccolta documentale su Sharepoint.
• Gestisce la bonifica sia della tabella Dataverse SharePointDocumentLocation che della posizione effettiva dei documenti su Sharepoint.
• Identifica e risolve duplicazioni indesiderate delle posizioni documentali.
• Corregge incongruenze tra ciò che viene visualizzato nell’interfaccia utente di CRM e i contenuti effettivi di Sharepoint.
• Consente la rinomina delle cartelle direttamente nella raccolta documentale di Sharepoint.

• Allows system administrators to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies between an account's document section in CRM and the document library in Sharepoint.
• Handles cleanup of both the Dataverse table SharePointDocumentLocation and the actual document locations on Sharepoint.
• Identifies and resolves undesired duplication of document locations.
• Fixes discrepancies between what is displayed in the CRM user interface and the actual content in Sharepoint.
• Enables folder renaming directly in the Sharepoint document library.
