Sample inspection: Create a quality order using the sample registration card. Support both types of items: tracking enabled items Lot/Sr no. and non-tracking items.

Select test plan – specification sheet that meets product or customer requirements.

Assign third party lab – Agency in quality order, maintain audit logs and attach certificate.

Quality order summary and Track orders: Manage all sample orders with the current status and decide the test result (Release/Reject) of item offered for inspection.

Create Certificate of Analysis (CoA) / Certificate of Compliance (CoC) from system.

Creates Non-Conformity report, execute Corrective and Preventive action with disposition and allow revalidation of results.

Print Orders, sample instruction, MIS Reports and Dashboard.
