Fabric AI Delivery Factory: Microsoft Fabric Implementation

Billennium S.A.

Fabric AI Delivery Factory is a Microsoft Fabric Implementation Accelerator for organizations that have or are considering Microsoft Fabric and need a controlled path to a working data platform.

We do not sell Microsoft Fabric licenses. We implement Microsoft Fabric as a working data platform by delivering the first governed data scenario from a selected source, such as ERP, CRM, an operational system or an existing data warehouse, to a Power BI report.

The customer value is a faster, controlled start with Fabric: a repeatable blueprint, source-to-report path, workspace and environment setup, CI/CD, tests, governance, operating procedures and handover from day one. It reduces one-off PoC risk and creates a reusable base for further sources, domains and reports.

AI-assisted delivery is part of the delivery standard, not a standalone AI product. AI supports analysis, implementation, test preparation, documentation and delivery evidence, including operating procedures and test evidence the customer can reuse when extending the platform. Architecture, security, KPI approval, quality gates and environment promotion remain under expert review, CI/CD and tests.

The scope covers readiness confirmation, first scenario and KPI definition, Fabric foundation, workspace and environment setup, repository and CI/CD baseline, onboarding of the selected source where feasible through metadata-driven configuration, ingestion and transformations, Lakehouse and Warehouse components, semantic model, first Power BI report, validation, tests, operating procedures and scale recommendations.

The customer should provide Microsoft Fabric access or a confirmed plan to enable it, access to the selected source, source expertise, IT and security contacts, a business owner, KPI decision maker and report validation support. Delivery is provided virtually.

After readiness confirmation, a typical first source-to-report implementation is often planned over 6 to 8 weeks. Final duration and price depend on source complexity, data quality, access readiness, security requirements, KPI clarity, scope and business validation availability.

Not included: Microsoft Fabric license costs, all-data migration, unlimited reports, source remediation or production support outside agreed scope, unsupervised AI implementation, and GenAI, RAG, Copilot Studio or MLOps delivery in the base scope.
