Enables Jive users to get voicemail notifications and initiate calls with Jive

The Jive app enables Jive VoIP users to get voicemail notifications and interact with their voicemails.

Additionally, it allows users to initiate a Jive phone call from Microsoft Teams.

Features:

  • Get notifications of voicemails
  • Listen to and delete voicemails
  • Ability to call back the sender of the voicemail
  • Use the dialer to initiate a call through Jive

Limitations:

  • In order to use the Jive Communications app, users must have an active Jive Communications account. Please go to https://jive.com/get-started/ to get started. For current customers, contact jivesupport@logmein.com for any required assistance.
  • On the dialer when the call has been placed the user can end the call from the Jive device.
  • After a voicemail is started the user might experience a slight delay before the message starts.
