The Teams Room Envisioning & POC engagement is a comprehensive, modular offering designed to help organizations:

• Understand the value of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
• Evaluate their current meeting room environment
• Plan and execute a pilot deployment
• Build a roadmap for scalable adoption

Areas of Focus / Content:

• Inspire & Assess: Evaluate current meeting room capabilities and hybrid meeting scenarios, conduct immersive demos and virtual tours of Teams Rooms, and Identify high-value use cases and room types
• Design & Plan: Define technical and functional requirements, develop room standards, layouts, and bill of materials (BOMs), and build a deployment and adoption roadmap
• Deploy & Validate: Deploy and configure up to 2 Teams Rooms using Teams Rooms Pro licenses, provide training for end users and IT admins, and conduct feedback sessions and performance assessments
• Manage & Scale: Deliver a summary report with key learnings and expert recommendations, and outline next steps for broader rollout and long-term success
