Copilot with Power Envisioning and POC

The Copilot + Power Envisioning & POC is an engagement designed to provide a comprehensive and flexible approach. The engagement focuses on four different pillars, Inspire, Assess, Design, and Proof of Concept. Within each pillar there are various activities, including product overviews, scenario discovery, business case development, and proof-of-concept execution. It focuses on showcasing the capabilities of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform, identifying high-value scenarios, and developing a business case aligned with customer objectives. The engagement is modular, allowing customization based on customer needs and preferences. The goal of this engagement is to build a roadmap for AI and Power Platform adoption.

This engagement is offered in different sizes. Engagement sizes are categorized based on the number of purchased seats for Office 365 and Microsoft 365. Each size has corresponding minimum hours required for the delivery of this engagement:

• Extra Small (XS): 20 hours
• Small (S): 40 hours
• Medium (M): 100 hours
