McChrystal Group's Copilot Impact and Readiness assessment empowers leaders to cut through the noise of the Gen-AI revolution and make data-driven decisions on how they can optimize their teams' performance through Copilot.

McChrystal Group's approach combines data from three sources—passive signals, active user feedback, and existing performance data—to produce Copilot Roadmap on how to maximize Copilot adoption and translate it into business results. Over the course of 6 to 8 weeks, McChrystal Group will develop a report that highlights adoption trends to set expectations for your rollout and identify usage gaps. These insights are combined with active feedback surveys to drill down on specific user stories and personas to identify how Copilot is being used across your organization. Finally, the results will be compared to existing performance data to tie use cases to business outcomes. This assessment goes beyond highlighting usage statistics by connecting it to the strategic results leaders are most focused on. Through this assessment, McChrystal Group will also develop dashboards that provide an ongoing, real-time view of how usage evolves over time. The dashboards integrate existing data feeds to highlight the most common use cases and areas where additional training or change management would maximize Copilot's impact.

The total investment in support of this assessment will depend on the scale, speed, and scope of the work decided; previous assessments have ranged from $25,000 - $250,000, depending on which data will be assessed, dashboard customization requirements, and other variables.
