Our Optimization Assessment begins with interviews with key staff to understand how you work, what challenges you face, and what your expected outcomes from Microsoft Copilot. We will review any existing Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) policies that you have or help you create new ones, as necessary. We will also review your Microsoft 365 tenant to determine the current state of your technology and what steps are necessary to prepare and optimize it for Copilot. This will help us design a customized solution that meets your specific requirements and preferences.

Integration Once we understand your needs and goals, we will configure your Microsoft 365 environment to be ready for Microsoft Copilot. We will focus on both user-facing workflows that use Microsoft Copilot as well as the underlying services that provide confidence in the security and reliability of the system, such as Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), SharePoint Online security settings, and Microsoft Information Protection.
