This service is provided by ivision as a level 2 and level 3 escalation support model via the ivision Operations Center. It is designed to augment the customer’s existing IT service desk capability (Tier1).
Support for core services included in the following Microsoft SKUs: Microsoft 365 Business, Premium, E1, E3, F1, F3, and AADP1 License types.
Operational & Administration support for the following: EntraID P1, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams for Collaboration, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business platforms. These services can be managed with next to no impact on your internal support teams or skills requirement.
