*Outcomes: From the one hand thanks to Dynamics 365 and SharePoint applications there has been created one centralized database for all documents connected with cases, which allows to handle them by multiple users, from different locations. From the other hand, solution allows supervisors to preview hourly work reports spent by employees on particular cases, remunerate them and compare with expected revenue.
