During this 1-day discovery and design session we will investigate your office spaces to understand the current layout, how your people collaborate, where they are based, and your user expectations. The results of this session will be used to develop a high-level design of your Microsoft Teams Rooms.
Our workshop consists of 2 parts:
PART 1: DISCOVERY During the first part of the workshop our experienced consultants will engage with you to understand:

| Collaboration equipment required per meeting room |

| Future aspirations and desired end-user experience |
PART 2: DESIGN We then move our focus to the actual design of your Microsoft Teams Meeting Rooms. During this session we will consider:

| Network coverage to support your Teams Rooms devices |
| Suitable systems per room config |
| Speaker and microphone placement for optimal sound |
| Other third-party devices that need to be integrated |
