Createch Onboarding: 10-Hr Implementation

Createch's Onboarding package is for the organization that only requires basic setup and training, wants to reduce downtime, and be up and running as quickly as possible.

The ideal customer for this engagement has an experienced staff and Createch will be providing remote support and coaching, more than implementation services. This plan includes Createch’s remote onboarding and support efforts. ($145/hour additional services)

Deliverables

Createch will ensure you are quickly able to:

• Activate Dynamics 365 Business Central environment
• Create Dynamics 365 users and train client how to setup additional users
• Access our online Knowledge Base for quick answers
• Createch provides training on Navigation, Sales, Purchases, and General Ledgers
• Complete data migration
• Load opening balances
• Receive guidance on setup and configuration
• Receive guidance on system customizations

Services provided are customer driven, on your schedule, because we realize you are running your business simultaneously. We can conform our methodology to your schedule.

Customer Requirements

• Customer will perform all master record data imports (Customers, Vendors, etc.)
• Customer will make configuration setting decisions (e.g. Chart of Accounts, Tax Schedules, Payment Terms, Dimensions, Attributes, etc.)
• All custom functionality and reports are not included and quoted separately.
