A typical project implementation timeline under 365SecurityREADY for Enterprise can range between 8 to 12 weeks, taking into consideration the potential level of complexity of the project, including the possible existing complex IT infrastructure of the customer which involves multiple processes, devices, the amount of data to be secured, as well as the various stakeholders who must be part of the implementation process and the compliance requirements that the customer must adhere to. The security scope outlined under the solution brief for enterprise businesses is split across 3 key pillars: 1) Secure Identities & Access, 2) Secure Apps & Endpoints, and 3) Protect & Govern Sensitive Data Across Documents and Emails. The deployment of each pillar can either be phased in, or implemented as a standalone project, based upon the customer's business requirements. The scope will be implemented by The Cloud Factory team on a pilot group with limited number of users.
