Cloud2020 will train you with the Social Engagement app within Dynamics 365.

Agenda

  • Setting up your analytics dashboard
  • Create feeds within your social center
  • Create activity maps
  • Set up tailored recommendations within Social Selling to aid content creation and engagement
  • Create tailored alerts for posts and trends and automating the sending of these to an email address

Note

  • Customers are required to have their Social Engagement app set up and linked to their relevant social media pages and their Dynamics 365 account. If this isn’t the case, customers can request this be done for them prior to the training session for an extra cost.
  • Travel and Subsistence will be charged separately and at cost for onsite work, all prices are ex VAT.
  • All the services need a Dynamics 365 for Sales platform with ClickDimensions installed and licensed.
