Information Lifecycle Management with Microsoft Purview

This service is designed for security, compliance, and IT leaders seeking to operationalise Microsoft Purview’s Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Insider Risk Management capabilities. Bridewell will begin with a focused pilot involving a smaller set of stakeholders within the organisation. This pilot is intended to validate DLP policies and classification labels in a controlled environment and lay the groundwork for a future, organisation-wide rollout, which is delivered as a separate project.

Our experts will work closely with your teams to define a standardised data classification model, configure tailored DLP rules, and embed behavioural and technical controls into daily operations. We also enable Insider Risk Management to proactively detect and mitigate threats such as IP theft and data exfiltration. Supported Microsoft products include Microsoft Purview (DLP, Information Protection, Insider Risk Management) within Microsoft 365. Prerequisites include Microsoft 365 E5 licensing and appropriate administrative access to the Microsoft Purview portal. This service does not include remediation of legacy data or integration with third-party DLP tools. All configurations are limited to Microsoft 365 environments unless otherwise agreed.
