Big Green IT will meet with you and your organization during a discover call to understand what specific phone and calling business objectives and requirements that meet you end-users need. We will then look at your organizations current configuration, reviewing specifically the auto-attendant, call queues, calling routes, calling policies and voicemail options. Based on the results of the discovery call and the review of the current calling solution we will then present our recommendations for configuring your organization new Microsoft Teams Phone environment. When your organization accepts the recommendations, Big Green IT will begin the configuration and testing of your organizations new Microsoft Teams Phone environment. Once your organization validates and confirms the auto-attendant, call queues, calling routes, calling policies and voicemail options are configure as expected, we will then initiate a phone number port. The phone number port will move all your phone numbers from your current phone solution provider to Microsoft, which will activate you new Microsoft Teams Phone environment.
