What's included:

All of our classes are offered remotely to work around your team's needs and schedules. We can accommodate all time zones including international, or breaking the class into half day sessions as needed. All students will receive a full copy of the materials used, all sample files needed, and completed workbooks for future review.

Additional services:

E-Learning tools: After class your team can have access to web-based on-demand versions of the material. Available in 30, 90, or 180 day options, the E-Learning tools are an efficient way for students to review topics, practice at their own pace, and track their learning progress. The material in the online training is the same as the classroom material with demos and full audio/video guidance.
Workshops: During the classroom training, students will be using vendor specific demo data. We know that this can't answer all of the questions your team might have with regard to your environment. As such, we at Senturus can provide half or full day Q&A mentoring workshops. These workshops can be tailored to your needs and include using either your data or sample data.
Support agreements: At Senturus we understand that training doesn't end when a student leaves the classroom. As your team works with tools new questions and issues will arise. To help you deal with those situations, Senturus offers service contracts where you can have someone available to guide you. The contracts are available in customizable time segments for as much or little support you feel the team may need.
