Scope of Work

The assessment focuses on the following Azure‑specific security domains:

Identity & Access Management Review
Assessment of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), role‑based access control (RBAC), Conditional Access policies, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and identity governance controls.
Network Security Assessment
Review of Azure Virtual Networks (VNets), Network Security Groups (NSGs), Azure Firewall, routing, and Azure DDoS Protection configurations.
Compute, Database & Storage Security Review
Security evaluation of Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, Azure SQL, and Azure Storage Accounts, including encryption, access controls, and exposure risks.
Logging & Monitoring Assessment
Analysis of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud to assess visibility, alerting, and threat detection coverage.
Governance & Compliance Review
Evaluation of Azure Policy, management groups, subscription governance, Secure Score, and alignment with applicable regulatory and compliance standards.
