Initial Consultation & Discovery

• Explain and demonstrate the capabilities and advantage of Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages.
• Conduct up to 3 meetings with company stakeholders to understand the use cases
• Participate in discussions to understand customer requirements in details
• Utilize the above exercise to prepare the requirement analysis and scoping.

Deliverables

• Document the high level understanding of customer requirements
• Demonstrations of existing use cases developed for other customers with wireframes or mockups for customer visualization and feedbacks.
• Scope fitment document outlining how Power platform can be applied.
• Ballpark cost estimates for development, implementation of the solutions, quality assurance, demo to end-users + administrators and post implementation support.
• Suggest licenses that are suitable for the solution.
• Develop a two-day proof of concept (PoC) for the complex module identified in the scope of work.
• Recommendations for the next steps in the project.
