Azure Windows Server Migration: 8Wk Implementation

4. Deploy your own VM images or download an image from the Azure Market Place

Typical itinerary

1. Meeting with client to review current architecture, infrastructure, performance, security, dependencies, compliance, security, availability, backup, recovery, and necessary prerequisites/requirements for migration.
2. Design migration plan and deployment as per client requirements. The plan will include a scope that must be agreed to by the client to proceed
3. Creation of the Azure environment as planned, using best practices
4. Gradual migration of individual servers according to the agreed sequence
5. Test applications and fix any deficiencies found
6. Preparation of documentation (procedures, manuals)
