Full stack process implementation of Device as a Service Platform.

To support the revolutionization of a telco customer experience through a robust platform that serves as the central point for purchase of devices and services. We offer a comprehensive solution that leverages a Service Integration (SI) framework to streamline device management, service delivery, and customer engagement. This platform will enable the client to transition beyond traditional telecom offerings, integrating a wide array of devices and services into a unified, customer and partner-centric ecosystem.

The platform itself will be integrated with several solutions to create one unified platform for business processes outlined below.

1. Demand & Discovery:

This area of the solution will focus on demand generation aspect of the customer journey. Hootsuite will be leveraged for targeted advertising by incorporating ads on existing digital channels of the client to reach potential customers who might be interested.

2. Onboarding:

Customer and partner onboarding will take place on the commerce cloud platform.

The customers and partners will provide all the relevant documentation and compliance to the client’s policies on the platform for onboarding.

3. Proposal to Order:

The customer browses through the product catalogs available on the commerce cloud platform of DaaS.

Customers will have the option to procure the products as a service by selecting them through the product catalog with an option of Try & Buy.

4. Project Management:

The solution incorporates real time project dashboards for project progress, task completion, purchase order management, task management and resource management

5. Order to Delivery:

The marketplace will be seamlessly integrated with the customer’s ERP to fulfill the order generated from the commerce cloud. The sales order orchestration and delivery will take place in the ERP.

6. Billing & Collection:

This platform will leverage client's billing infrastructure for accurate and secure billing based on activation and usage data received through the commerce cloud.

7. Support:

Comprehensive support will be readily available through ReLoad, including self-service resources, FAQs, and provide a responsive customer service channel to address user queries and issues efficiently.

8. Use:

SAP Integration Business Planning will allow for real-time stock monitoring, low stock alerts, and automated restocking to proactively manage inventory levels. SAP IBP will be integrated with the platform and ERP to manage the sales order requirement and manage the stock levels of both the client and partner products.

9. Lease to Return:

The platform will notify the customers a month before their lease term is about to end. This will be achieved through integration with ERP which contains all the lease relevant data along with ReLoad.

The ReLoad interface will guide the customer through the return steps, including device condition assessment and scheduling a return or pickup as per the third party's process.

10. Bid Management

The Bid Management Module will seamlessly integrate with other platform modules, such as the Project Management, Commerce Cloud, and Onboarding processes, for a unified operational workflow.

11. Analytics

Data from the platform will be ingested into existing data warehouse and the visualization layer or analytics will be implemented on top of the data warehouse.
