Semeon Customer Feedback Analysis Platform

Semeon is a SaaS platform that uses a unique combination of text-analytics, machine learning, search and retrieval technologies to extract insights from public and private content. Our public API allows you to integrate with your Azure storage using Azure Logic Apps. Users can visualize reports in our powerful workbench or consume them within PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint. Semeon allow you to define many filters from your data (time-series, single and multi-value fields) and cross reference them with the inferred metadata automatically generated from your unstructured content, such as survey responses, claims, customer feedback, call center transcripts, etc. Semeon can be either provisioned in our shared cloud or in your own private Azure cloud.
