MedVox

MedVox is an intellectual speech platform for healthcare institutions providing patients with automated round-the-clock telephone services. They include appointment with a doctor, confirmation and cancellation of this appointment, invitation to medical examination, patient feedback survey, promotion campaigns and others.
We planned to hire 3-4 operators but MedVox completely covered our demands of a call-center creation. We don’t have operators payroll expenses.
