ContrOCC as a Service

ContrOCC is designed to handle complex calculations for payments, financial assessments and charging across adults' and children's social services, eliminating the need for spreadsheets and increasing efficiency. It offers comprehensive, flexible and reliable support to users.

The system holds complete information on all council contracts, providers and commissioned care packages, including details of pricing, compliance information and service delivery data. We integrate with Liquidlogic's case management systems to provide an end-to-end solution from the commissioning of care packages to the generation of AP/AR export files.

ContrOCC works seamlessly with the customer's chosen corporate finance system, automatically generating and transferring details as payments become due. It ensures prompt payments to providers and displays alerts when payment discrepancies are encountered.

ContrOCC provides full support for Care Act-compliant financial assessments, including set up, management and reporting of deferred payment agreements and export of calculated charges to the corporate finance system.

ContrOCC provides comprehensive reporting and analysis capabilities, with a suite of more than 100 built-in reports and the ability to generate bespoke reports. This gives the council complete access to all finance data in the system. Every data change made in the system is fully audited, ensuring that the council has full oversight of how the system is being used.

In addition to the core system, a range of optional modules for ContrOCC are available, including self-service portals for care providers and clients, mobile apps for completing financial assessments and a financial protection system for clients subject to deputyship orders.
