Integration of a chat widget and WhatsApp Business in Microsoft Teams
Seamlessly integrate a web chat widget for your website and Microsoft Teams with WebChat, enabling efficient direct communication with your end customers. This solution allows conversations to flow smoothly between Microsoft Teams and the chat widget without the need for additional browser windows, streamlining the user experience.
This integration also includes connecting a WhatsApp Business phone number, allowing channel members to receive and respond to messages directly within Teams, enhancing collaboration and connectivity.
Key Features:
- Channel Access: All channel members have access to chat functionality, ensuring inclusive communication managed directly through Microsoft Teams.
- Simple Setup: Just add the app to your Microsoft Teams and embed a code snippet into your website to get started.
- Make It Seamless: Design your WebChat to blend perfectly with your website, providing a cohesive user experience.
- Unlimited Users: Expand your configurable channels easily with flexible plans. You can add unlimited users without affecting the licensing structure.
- Backend Management: The WebChat backend is accessible via Microsoft SSO, allowing you to manage settings, functions, and design preferences easily.
- WhatsApp Business Integrations: Each Teams channel can be connected to its own chat widget or WhatsApp Business number, offering tailored communication solutions.
- Widget Implementation: The chat widget is a straightforward script that can be embedded across various websites and platforms, enabling consistent access to chat features.
- Google Tag Manager: Utilize Google Tag Manager to set up specific URL rules, allowing you to display different chat widgets based on the user’s location on your website.
- Flexible Licensing: The user who adds the WebChat to a channel requires a plan linked to that channel, authorizing widget use. This plan is independent of the number of people who have access to the channel.
Enhanced Functionality
- Dedicated WebChat Channels: Add separate WebChat channels in Microsoft Teams for Sales, Support, HR, etc., and embed widgets on different pages of your website to connect visitors with the appropriate teams.
