Crowe Workshop Overview

Crowe’s Microsoft AI & Copilot Workshop is designed to prepare your organization for the successful implementation of Copilot for Microsoft 365. This workshop will cover a comprehensive range of topics, from basic to advanced, around Microsoft Copilot and AI. We will explore multiple toolsets where Microsoft has embedded AI, providing extra context and real-world examples of using the technology.

Throughout the workshop, we will include:

• Overview of Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Topics: We will guide you through the foundational concepts, intermediate applications, and advanced functionalities of Microsoft Copilot and AI, ensuring a thorough understanding at each level.

• Multiple AI-Embedded Toolsets: We will showcase various Microsoft tools that incorporate AI, offering practical insights and examples of how these technologies can be leveraged in real-world scenarios.

• Demos at Each Level: To enhance your learning experience, we will provide demonstrations at each level—basic, intermediate, and advanced. These demos will illustrate how Copilot and AI can be practically implemented in your organization using Crowe's methodology.

During this workshop, we will collaborate with you to gain a comprehensive understanding of your current environment, business goals, challenges, and expectations from Copilot for Microsoft 365. Key Objectives

1) Understanding What Copilot and AI Can Do Out of the Box

Gain insights into the fundamental capabilities of Microsoft Copilot and AI, including features like chatting with documents, summarizing online data and meetings, matching transactions, and assisting with email responses.

2) Understanding Low-Code Quick Wins with AI/Copilot

Learn how to achieve quick wins using AI and Copilot with low-code solutions. Examples include quickly locating content from thousands of documents, coding custom tools yourself, and extracting key terms from large volumes of contracts.

3) Understanding and Preparing to Use AI Agentic Workflows

By the end of the workshop, participants will have a foundational understanding to start contemplating and planning the use of advanced AI agentic workflows. Examples include converting online content into podcasts or newsletters, reading emails to populate ERP fields, and turning calls into structured requirements documents.
