Phases:

1st week - Prepare:

Identify stakeholders and align the process with the sponsor, introduce the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) within Azure, define logistics, identify and align business topics.

2nd week - Listen & Collect:

Identify the current situation, collect personal requirements, stakeholders' objectives, understand pain points, risks, challenges, concerns and blockers, identify strategic vision differences.

3rd week - Workshop:

Share stakeholders’ opinions on key topics, provide insights into Azure's methods, complexities, timeframes, real risks and dependencies, define resource & skill needs, align and agree on Azure cloud adoption plan (CAP) at a high level.

4th week - Follow up:

Summarize and accept CAP, periodically review workshop outcomes, review and monitor execution of the Azure CAP, discuss blockers and resources needed, realign roles and responsibilities if needed.
