General timeline 1st Week - Kickoff

The project starts with a kick-off meeting and ends with a handover workshop. In between we’ll have meetings as required.

Scoping, scheduling and agenda clarification.
Setting the stage: Azure in general (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS differences), governance fundamentals, Landing Zone principals.

2nd and 3rd Week - Workshops

Workshops to design and implement of Azure Governance Model:

Azure subscription models, EA Portal (or CSP), Resource providers, RBAC.
Tags, policies, cost management, naming conventions.
Security, Operations (monitoring, logging, responsibilities).
Application lifecycle, PaaS development, PaaS resources.

4th Week - Handover actions

Handover workshop of deliverables that will be handed for customer.
