Sulava will deliver Viva Insights 8-week implementation Objective is to implement Viva Insights to customer environment, collect data, identify the improvement areas on end-user productivity and digital wellbeing, and initiate a change program with the recommended actions.

1. Project Kick-off

• Envisioning workshop to understand how Viva Insights will be used to measure and improve digital wellbeing​
• Identify organizational needs
• Identify goals
• Skills assessment

2, Set up Viva Insights

• Identify target user groups
• Prepare organization data: required and optional attributes, subsequent uploads
• Load organizational data to Viva Insights​

3. Understanding Viva metrics and its link to digital wellbeing

• Workshop and hands on training to ensure managers have the necessary skills to understand and utilize data

4. Collecting data

• Teams and managers working, data is collected
• Sulava facilitation and support available if needed

5. Wrap-up workshops

• Analyze the first results with the core team​
• Ensure quality of data
• Leaders and managers workshops to understand the first results and plan the next steps

6. Report and recommendations
