Power PPM Proof of Concept

Our objective is to proof Power Platform based project and portfolio management solution Power PPM and its capabilities on modernizing project and portfolio management. In PoC, we identify one or two selected projects or portfolios and replicate the structure to Power PPM. Purpose is to review the technical capabilities, but also power of the solution in strategic leadership and measurement. PoC also will generate a structure and best practices for professional adoption and change management (based on Prosci framework) for wider solution implementation
